An example memorial for a fictional person, showing a schedule, photos and family members.

Everything in one place

Less searching through group texts. More time together.

When someone dies, details scatter across phone calls, emails and social posts. Everkinly gives your family one calm place to gather what matters.
  • Private family spaces

Every memorial starts private. Only the people you invite can see it, and you decide what each person can do.
  • Shared photo galleries

Relatives add photos from their phones into albums with captions and dates. You can review additions before others see them.
  • Funeral schedule and updates

Visitation, service, burial and reception times in one schedule — with calendar links, directions, RSVPs and clear “updated” notices.
  • Invitations and roles

Invite family by email as administrators, contributors or viewers. Change or remove access at any time.
  • Stories and life history

Write a life story and obituary together, and collect memories from friends in a moderated memory board.
  • Memorial keepsakes

Print-ready programs and remembrance cards made from your memorial's details, plus optional photo books.

How it works

Ready in a few minutes, at your own pace.

  1. 1

    Create a memorial

Add a name and, if you like, dates and a photo. Everything else can wait — your progress is saved as you go.
  2. 2

    Invite family

Send invitations to the people who should help or simply stay informed. Each person gets the access you choose.
  3. 3

    Gather and share

Post the service schedule, collect photos and stories, and print keepsakes when you're ready.

Privacy and control

Your family's memories belong to your family.

  • Memorials are private by default. Unlisted links and public pages are opt-in, with a clear explanation of what each means.
  • Search engines can only list a memorial if its owner makes it public and separately allows indexing.
  • Photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived, permission-checked links.
  • We never sell your data, and we don't use your memorial content to train AI models.
  • Export everything or delete your account from your settings at any time.

Funeral homes don't get automatic access

A funeral home can only manage a memorial when it created it for you or when the memorial's owner shares access using the funeral home's partner code. The owner can withdraw that access at any time.

For funeral homes

Give families a modern memorial space, with your name on it.

Prepare a memorial for each family you serve, post service details once, and let families take it from there. Staff can update times and locations, and every change is shown clearly to the family.

Your logo and colors appear on memorial pages the families choose to share.

Questions

Common questions

Is it really free?
Yes. One memorial with a shared gallery, schedule and invitations is free with no time limit. Optional upgrades and keepsakes are one-time purchases.
Do my relatives need an account?
To see a private memorial, yes — a free account lets us check that each person was actually invited. If you'd like to share without accounts, you can make the memorial unlisted and share its link.
Who can see the memorial?
Only the people you invite, unless you choose otherwise. You can change this at any time in the memorial's privacy settings.
Can I use it if our funeral home doesn't?
Absolutely. Most families create their own memorial. If your funeral home later partners with us, you can choose to share access with them.
